As the Director of Define Potential, Jane leads a highly experienced consulting team to deliver leading-edge learning and development solutions. Current clients include the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, IP Australia, the Department of Finance, the Department of Infrastructure, the National Museum of Australia, Geoscience Australia and the ACT Government.

Kate is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a Level 3 accreditation with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, supplemented by a Graduate Diploma in Ontological Coaching with the Newfield Institute. Kate specialises in executive coaching, interpersonal communication and leadership and management development.

Di is an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach with over 30 years’ experience in partnering with private, public and not for profit agencies in Australia and globally. Her particular expertise within the field of organisational development is the design and facilitation of senior leadership and change programs and in building communication and executive effectiveness.

Rod’s areas of professional expertise include change and transition management, quality improvement, performance management, business planning and performance, negotiation, influencing and leadership development. Prior to commencing human resources consulting in 1998, Rod held management positions within the APS including as Director of Human Resource Development.

Kerry has worked as a consultant in change and performance management since 1991. Kerry specialises in the areas of needs analysis, learning strategy, change management, leadership development, facilitation and performance management. Kerry’s has a strong reputation for on-time delivery of quality consulting projects.

Barry’s expertise lies in leadership, change and culture. He has held senior executive positions in the public, business and not-for-profit sectors and has over 20 years of experience as an organisational consultant. He has a particular interest in building peak performance in complex and uncertain environments. Barry is a qualified facilitator, mediator, therapist and coach.

Since 2016 Max has worked with a variety of government departments and agencies including the Department of Agriculture, AFMA, Department of Education and Training, Questacon, Department of Defence, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Industry, ACCC, and the APSC. Prior to commencing human resources consulting, Max held specialist positions in the education sector.

Sonia Bradley is an internationally respected consultant, strategist and facilitator, with 25 years experience both within government and independent consulting across a range of sectors. Sonia’s particular expertise lies in facilitation of senior and cross sector forums, cultivating productive stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors, both within Australia and internationally.

After 20 years’ experience in the public service, Melody is now working with Define Potential as a coach, trainer and facilitator. With extensive experience mentoring, coaching and supporting people to achieve their full potential in the workplace, Melody specialises in delivering results driven services to clients with a focus on enabling change. For this program Melody will deliver all of the Queensland programs.
