This program is designed to support new leaders strike the balance between engaging with strategy, tasks, and others. This practical course outlines your role as a leader while providing the opportunity to learn different skills and techniques that support effective management. You will engage in an interactive workshop that includes personal reflection, dynamic group discussion, and exploration activities. Post-program, you will receive an executive coaching session to transform your learning into action.

- Develop self-awareness using the DiSC Management diagnostic.
