Enhancing Your Leadership
Enhancing your Leadership is a 2-day program aimed to support experienced EL1 staff to consolidate their expertise and prepare for the next step in their career.
You will engage in an interactive workshop that includes personal reflection, dynamic group discussion, and exploration activities.
Post-program, you will receive an executive coaching session to transform your learning into action.
Through this course you will explore:
